Starting with just two CNC machines and treating the factory as our home, we have continuously strived for improvement and excellence. As customer demands evolved, we grew alongside them, expanding our facilities twice and now operating with more than twenty CNC machines.

CNC Lathe Application: Machining Round Workpieces
The operating principle of a lathe is to fix the workpiece on the spindle, rotate it at high or low speed, and then perform cutting and other machining operations with a tool. Therefore, lathes are mainly used in manufacturing processes that require producing round-shaped components.
Common machining operations include internal and external cylindrical turning, drilling, threading, grooving and cutting, facing, external turning, center drilling, boring, reaming, taper turning, and contour turning, among other procedures.

CNC Milling Application: Machining Various Workpieces
Like lathes, milling machines are primarily used for metal cutting and machining. The difference lies in the cutting method: milling machines use a rotating cutting tool, while the workpiece is fixed on the worktable. During operation, the milling machine moves the worktable horizontally (X–Y axes) to reach the target position, and then performs vertical cutting with the spindle head (Z axis).
Milling machines not only cut by changing the shape of the cutting tool, but also allow for versatile 2D and 3D machining through the use of a fourth axis for rotational and angular movements. Common machining processes include drilling and tapping, surface milling, contour milling, and slot milling.
Three-axis milling machines: Standard machines are equipped with three axes. Three-axis machining is performed by the linear feed axes X, Y, and Z. The worktable moves left–right (X axis) and front–back (Y axis), while the spindle head (Z axis) cuts the workpiece vertically.
Four-axis milling machines: A fourth axis is added by installing a CNC rotary table onto a three-axis milling machine. This enables simultaneous operation of all four axes, allowing for more complex machining processes.
